I have a small wonder, but the software manager's files were corrupt STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe it was just a single defective one, but IDK?

I can't find any of the info to register it and get a new one, so I'm trying to figure out how I'm gonna upload video footage I shoot(I bought this camera to work on my new show that MIGHT be coming this summer. the sites are actually being pushed back too. Progress is a slow process!).

i have the camera myself no problems , unless you have a MAC then it says not yet compatible with mac on the product. you can shipp the camera back for a visa gift card of 100 dollars. if you didnt know that already ask the company or contact HSN about details. good luck man but maybe its just you're model, maybe get another one.. anyways good luck
