your pitch isnt good and neither is your speed.

if you fly the 737 you must fly straight at the runway with a speed around 145kts

Press the "/" key to extend them fully.Or, you have a lever just to the left from the throttle levers on all of the Boeings. But you really need them only when the runway's too short. BTW, the landing shown here is pretty crappy. Hardly surprising, because it was runway 16 approach, which is not set for landings in FS2004, so you have nothing to help you do a nice approach.
