AD Rundle 2009 science fair winner Hydrogen Cell

Martin and his science fair project, 1st prize.
fire from water, no open flames allowed, BBQ igniter was used to pop the output.
He was supposed to win the chance to go to the regionals but for some reason not made clear to him he was not allowed to go to the BC Regional Science Fair.
Last years winner won $2700 in cash and awards.
Three plates - + - and tap water in the cell powered by 12 volt rechargeable gel cell wired directly to the cell through a 20 amp toggle switch, all wire is solid core copper with a 20 amp rating.
Production is unmeasured at this point but he would guess about .7 cubic liters per minute give or take a little bit
Chilliwack Progress took photos and quizzed him about his creation and how it works and we never saw it appear in the paper Martin says he feels "ripped off"
I say "oh well theres always next year"
