i wouldnt say ponting is better but neither worse there both insane batsmen who can strike the ball in such a way, its amazing to watch :D

Sachin is not a match winner at all....Inzamam’s total number of centuries in the test cricket is 25 of which 17 centuries have helped Pakistan to win tests and the winning percentage is 68%.Australian skipper Ricky Ponting taking into account, from his 39 test centuries, 24 have converted to test match-winning knocks and the percentage amounts to 63%.But Sachin Tendulkar scored 51 test centuries of which 16 have helped India in winning tests and the percentage amounts to only 38%. lol lol lol

its not easy, then y isnt tendulkar captain now? he had to keep the personalities like warne, mcgrath, hayden,martyn,langer,gillespie and etc together and that isnt easy.......i dunno, i think australia will have to be really pushed to be beaten at home

its easy to be a captain of a great team everyone agrees ponting is a mediocre captain as for the rest thats history that india will put right starting in 2011 ;-)
