COOL OLD WIZARD101!!! wow it was so cool.... i guess but the new versions better,

new spells, new gear, new mounts, pets, world, etc.

@wizardofbalance That wand was just a little effect quite a while ago in the game, I think it was that whenever the user casts a spell it does that cool energy glow effect, but it's normal without combat. They updated it and removed the glow thingy.
