For the most part this was very good, however the only thing I clearly disagreed with him on was promoting the use of wireless networks without passwords. I understand the whole "no discrepancy" argument but you cannot rule out accountability. If someone uses my network to download child porn, I AM responsible in the U.S. Though I could pursue legal matters claiming unauthorized use of a wireless network I would still be held accountable. No way in hell I'm getting caught for that stuff!

At 22:15, he says that he doesn't allow videos to be distributed in MP3 or MP4 formats, but prefers OGG or OGV. Is there a website somewhere that has this content in those formats?
