if queen to d3 then rook to e5 protecting it you are lucky he didnt see that otherwise you would be down material

@ShotDownInFlames2 no then white just pushes the h pawn for space

14. ... Qe7 with a double attack on a pawn and white's B on e2.

Oh that Napoleon, always screwing up with his little tactics.
:)

Sorry, move 25, but white has an escape, my mistake.

Please try to re-iterate what your idea was. As you stated in this comment, it would be impossible for 24. b4 24.Qe1

Black had a mate in 3 on move 24 with Queen to e1, right?

Do you think that queen sac was an actual sac or do you think it was just an outright blunder? Seems pretty hard to miss d6 though when he played Qe5.
How about instead of cxd6, he plays the line Qxd6, Rxf5, then Qxb4(defending b7 against Bxb7), with threats of Qxa5, and also Re1 now, with 2 pawns for the bishop, + some sort of attack now? Can someone comment on this line? I know i'm missing something, but this line seems to be better than the one he played. His back rank threat seemed dubious

Just to re-iterate also "blunderbussify", the irony is that Black SHOULD HAVE taken the Queen! THAT was more the point.
Napoleon surrendered.
