Steve Carrell is one of the best straight men ever. Many other comedians would have given it away, but he manages to keep you guessing as to whether he is actually part of the bit (till the end though lol)

This was so blatantly and obviously planned, just like eminem and sasha (borat) him falling on his lap. They do this all the time people , they arer called ACTORS, for a reason! lol

Please know this people, Gervais and Carrell have worked together since the dawn of the US Office. They are good friends and this is all planned banter. Carrell is good at keeping a straight face, hence it looking quite serious. If you watch Bruce Almighty, you will see him do a daft news report, with a perfectly straight face.

do people realise that this gervais/carrel scenario is the biggest troll in hollywood? Does it really escape your notice when two of the biggest comedy performers from the UK and the US come together that they might bicker for the audiences entertainment?
