if the Enumerated Powers Act is passed will it be retroactive? Will they have to recite constitutional authority of laws already passed? How about the constitutionality of the UCMJ.

Paris I think dragonfly is referring to people who are not yet disenfranchised fro Obama. It appears that you are and we welcome you to our CONSTITUTIONAL movement. I am an asst. Organizer for Sons Of The Republic. We were the ones carrying the flag for Ben Franklin. This is not a Democratic issue nor is it a Republican issue. This Tea part wasn't about Obama either. Its about Americans finally waking up and finding were about to lose our country.

Thanks for posting this, it was a great day wasn't it? The only "bozo" I saw was the one that kept booing the speakers. We were standing about 15 in front of him, he ended up drawing a small crowd that calmly asked him to knock it off. He finally scampered off with his tail between his legs :)

Us "bozos" were around. Maybe you were too busy to notice. Obama brought this on himself. He should have never used the word "change" in his campaign. He's a joke. Call this "blowback" -- get used to it.
