Hi I'm 57 ... I've suffereed from depression and anxiety for much of my life. The episodes came and went. 10 years ago tonight I was in a mental health facilty for a week, because I was near theend of me rope and only wanted to disappear ... i fought back. I now take meds, but it is still a struggle at times. I've been to those very dark places where there is no hint of anything mattering or any happiness, but I do say hold on because help can come and it won't always feel that way. Be yourself

Its ok...I know what your goin' through...everyone goes through this...dont let other people opinions get in your way...the way you see things...it really wonderful...not everyone has the same view as you..thats ok...let them think what they want to...be yourself...your a beautiful girl...Im sorry I havent met somone like you...I support you...and Im sure Im not the only one...

Thank you sir (I assume you're male?). I like to be able to relate to people sometimes, but at the same time I like having my own outlook and not blending into the crowd. Thanks so much for the support, I keep making vids only because of positivity from people like you :)
