A Leeds based project, initiated by the Jewish Rep Council and supported by the YCB has become yet another outstanding project. The project is a partnership between the Jewish Rep Council, the YCB, SportEd, Inter-Active and Together for Peace. The aim is to use cricket as a vehicle for bringing communities of different faiths together in order to break down barriers, encourage friendships and community cohesion.

The concept of development was devised by Andrew Watson, Director of Development of the YCB. Flagship days identified in local communities; School coaching visits in local schools to promote awareness of the project and of the Flagship day. Legacy coaching sessions immediately after the Flagship Days to create sustainability.

The project was massively supported by Factory11 and a local sponsor who supplied 7 Cricket Factory Skills bags to all Flagship Days and Legacy Coaching sessions.
