He is one of the scums that beat the shit outta a guy(hospitalized before I started recording). The suspect even beat an mid-age lady before I started recording. If the police are being nice to the bad, then they're being cruel to the innocent. It's not about shooting him, the point is that the police should do something quickly to stop the guy. It took these police with guns and sticks half an hour to arrest ONE guy with knife? Come on, it's a joke.
