@gloriamorillo Lo que fallo fue la antena del control spectrum. el connector de adentro estaba malo y el control se desconectaba intermediada mente. << Disculpa mi falta de ortografia :)

Took a blade strike to the face the other night. I was in my appartment parking lot, hovering it few feet in front of my face, walking the dog if you will. A car turned in fast and it had those Xeon type headlights. I've been wanting to talk to the guy because he keeps parking and sitting there with his lights shining into my kids bedroom. Anyways, I kinda flinched and turned my head. I think I pulled back on the cyclic cuz WHAM! right into my face. Luckly 2 small cuts, could of been worse.

if there electric helies imagine a trex 700 nitro coming towards your face

thats why peaple are scared of nitro more than electric because it so much more powerfull than the electric powerd models you where lucky it wasent a nitro helie

that did that because nitro will do more than just flesh wounds trust me on that

you will lose a finger or a head even stick with electric for your sake and leave nitro to peaple who can fly them so never buy a nitro

Most RC accidents are due to pilot confusion or panic. Many claim interference, or radio/mechanical failure, but who knows. None of my crashed were due to interference or any kind of failure. I do know one thing for sure. Anytime you crash an rc plane or heli, you must send the receiver in to have it checked out for cracked filters or other problems, or throw it away, period. It's simply not worth the risk with anything that fly's. Even hard landings can damage a receiver. Glad you ok. Dennis

dam scary m8.. i will take alot more care with my helis and planes from now on .. i always use safteyand never fly in inclosed areas near schools or around children. if children do turn up i normaly land tell them how dangerous rc planes and helis can be and ask them to stand well back if there going to stand there and watch if they semm like they got no sence about them i normaly wait for them to leave or leave myself this will make me take even more care thanks for sharing hope you healed well
