Another AMV, But this time i wanted to try something different!
While scrolling through youtube I notice alot of fan-made trailers. That are just clips slaped over premade audio. wich is fine, if thats what you like to do then that's your own style, but to be honest i'm growing quite annoyed with them especally ones that are baddly synced. SO I wanted to construct one from pure scratch.

Now their are plenty of reasons I was inspired to make this
*I've been wanting to do something 02 for a while now.
* Many US ppl are under the WRONG impresion that digimon only had ONE real movie (In wich they would be refering to the horriable "DIGIMON THE MOVIE" release)
* I keep running into the 11th pokemon movie trailer -_-"
* Many People don't even know how changed and CUT up the US version of this was to the original JP version

But seriously ppl, This is a very good movie! Yes, Yes, I will be the 1st to say that the battle music is boring as heck. It will make you...
A. Fall to sleep and then into a coma

B. Rip your ears out

But really it's a pretty good movie, GOod dailoug, good fight scenes, good animation etc. Not all the music is bad. Through out the movie you get to here western style "blues" type music! Which is Pwnage in my book! The harmonica is my all time favorite instrament. I really encourage yall to watch this version!

In my honest opinion it is the best of the digimon movies. The U.S. version was cut according to an interveiw with jeff nimoly becsue he thought "the whole movie draged on and was boring." -__-" Really, Now? What the heck. If you ask me I think they cut it because digimon was aimed at a youger age group here in the US. and of course this Movie has depth to it and hyperactive 5-8 yr olds would not have the patecents to sit through it all. And we all know soccer Moms would have had a feild day on how "voilent" it is. Heck they already complain about the how "Voilent" the US release was *SIGHS* Now don't get me wrong, I'm not flaming the dub completly. The dub did have it's advantages! And had ALL the potentioal in the world to somehow be equal to or surpass the original JP verson. Only if they would have left the footage and story alone and uncut. The music in the dub was excellent along wih the voice talents. but it seems so wasted on a such a cut film. If they would have just left it as is i actually for ONCE in my life enjoyed a dubb over a sub.

But most of all every US digimon fan should know what they are missing ;)

*Note missing frames gerr..... I came across a new problem. for some reason vegas 8 don't like to render anything with set volicty at a Good (quarter) or above frame rate :/

this trailer was great. an i'm also annoyed at how the SNAD (stupid north american dubbers) as i call them ruined this awesome movie but cutting about HALF of it if i'm not mistaken. they could've released just this as the theatrical movie, and the other two parts as a TV special of some kind. Our War Game is about 40 minutes long, which is the perfect running time for a one hour TV slot. This movie had such potential, and when i grew up and saw the japanese version of this, i was mad.

I JUST watched Hurricane Touchdown subbed :)

It was SO much better than the crap the US gave us.

I've been wanting to see it since I found out they ripped the movie apart to make it one movie with the other two about 6 years ago. I don't know what took me so long. Anyway! Great job with this trailer :)
