I decided to test out my lower body explosiveness after a rough week due to food poisoning. I had tested out my upper body strength emphasis training yesterday and it wasn't pretty... I wasn't even able to finish my workout and today I'm very sore in the upper body compared to always finishing my progressed strength emphasis days with the following day MAYBE being slightly sore... I knew my body paid it's toll from being dehydrated and malnourished for 3-4 days so I was curious on how it would effect power training since explosiveness has a lot to do with the nervous system and skeletal muscles working together. I was successful in completing my elevated jump of 20 risers as you see here but I did eat it once which I did not catch on footage and received a small scrape on my right knee. Overall I was pretty happy with my results. =D
