The classrooms of the MYCA differ in a lot of ways from the local high school. In addition to the uniforms and the occasional student doing pushups, these classes are filled with at-risk students who read quietly, study, and work at computers without the constant disruptions that are normal in our local high school which has a high percentage of at-risk students. These "bad" students are behaving like "good" students-only 5 weeks into the 5 1/2 month program.
