@mantisfist101 Allah is FAKE, Jesus is the only true one ;)
-
@flowr764 Yes it is Allah speaking to Jesus, and it is Allah that said in chapter 5:117:
Muhammad Asad - ...but since Thou hast caused me to die,
Shakir - ...but when Thou didst cause me to die,
Wahiduddin Khan - and when You did cause me to die,
Ahmed Ali - so when You made me die,
Amatul Rahman Omar - I was a witness over them so long as I remained among them but ever since You caused me to die.
Shabbir Ahmed - After You caused me to die,
Abdel Haleem - Ever since You took my soul,
-
And [beware the Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as deities besides Allah ?'" He will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen.
Surat Al-Mā'idah

@mantisfist101 This fact alone has been the cause of a number of distinguished scientists embracing Islam. It also explains why the conflicts that emerged in Europe during the Middle Ages between faith and reason, religion and science, never arose in Islam; the Quran repeatedly encourages people to reflect and use their intelligence, and most Muslim scientists and inventors have also been pious believers.
-
@mantisfist101 One of the most remarkable things about the Quran is that it contains many verses, which accurately describe natural phenomena in various fields such as embryology, meteorology, astronomy, geology and oceanography. Scientists have found its descriptions to be inexplicably valid for a book dating from the 7th century CE; in fact, many of the processes and functions mentioned in the Quran have been discovered only recently.

@flowr764 Chapter three of the Qur’an: 7 He it is Who has revealed the Book to you; some of its verses are decisive, they are the Mother (of) the Book, and others are allegorical; then as for those in whose hearts there is perversity they follow the part of it which is allegorical, seeking to mislead and seeking to give it (their own) interpretation.
-
@flowr764 But none knows its interpretation except Allah, and those who are firmly rooted in knowledge say: We believe in it, it is all from our Lord; and none do mind except those having understanding.
Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 26, Number 667, Narrated ‘Abis bin Rabia: ‘Umar came near the Black Stone and kissed it and said, "No doubt, I know that you are a stone and can neither benefit anyone nor harm anyone. Had I not seen Allah’s Apostle kissing you I would not have kissed you."
“Say (O Muhammad): ‘How do you worship besides Allah something which has no power either to harm or to benefit you? But it is Allah Who is the All-Hearer, All-Knower.’” [Qur’an 5:76]

Concerning the virtue of touching the Yemeni Corner, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Touching the Black Stone and the Yemeni Corner indeed erases sins.” (Narrated by Ahmad from Ibn ‘Umar; classed as authentic by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’, no. 2194). One might question how does a stone erase sins? Netherless this shows that touching the black stone is a form of worship.

@mantisfist101 No disputing it's a form of worship, in that touching or kissing it is a virtuous act worthy of God's reward. But the act is NOT an act of worshipping it. It's important to make that distinction.
