This recreation of Alan Kaprow's "Fluids" was done on 5/25 at Memorial Park in Pasadena, CA by the Armory Center for the Arts.
Staggered over three days and commencing on April 25 with a structure built at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), teams of volunteers, students, and others will reinvent Fluids (1967), building structures made of ice blocks at MOCA, Memorial Park in Pasadena (organized by Armory Center for the Arts), and other locations throughout Los Angeles county. These events are coordinated by LACMA with special thanks to The Union Ice Company for in-kind support.
