@StephenOwensTV Then ask him who has "offered" him?And dont consent to the offer. Then ask him if he has any financial interests associated with the plaintiff and if said interests would be a conflict of interest?Who's your employer?Whos the prosecutors and witnesses employer?Sounds like a racketeering ring to me not a court of "Just-Us"

@texme All well and good Mark saying that BUT, and it's a big BUT. Just like Ben has said in earlier video, "Section B Reckless information" because statement 3 is left hanging like the Ace card (smug expression) But what if the Judge replies.
"I do not represent anyone. I am an impartial adjudicator. Offered to you and the plaintiff as a way to resolve a dispute." Which is in fact the case and more likely to be the reply, rather than "oh well case dismissed"
Now What?

Why not just ask the judge if consent makes the law? Then don't consent, thank everyone for playing and go home.
You can only gain the kinda knowledge Marc has from actually spending time in a courtroom, no amount of internet research or reading can get you that knowledge. I know no-one likes to go to court but believe me, It aint as scary a place as people imagine, I know cos I spent enough time in the places, in my younger (less sensible ha) days. I was a regular in the dock & had some good results, Not Guilty's & Acquittals, against them using their own procedure & Marcs theories make a lot of sense
