Bakersfield Speedway Aug. 18, 2007

Low Budget TV made a trip up to Bakersfield for the Western Allstar Late Models. Great racing, along with some very exciting (and completely wacky) action topped the night beautifully. Mini Stocks, American Stocks, and the late models all put on a great show at Bakersfield Speedway. We even had a car on 2 wheels while another was taking the roll of the Dukes of Hazzard!

Anyone remember the 70's with Charlie Brown, Clarence Horn, scott pounds, the Bradshaw boys? This is back when it was paved.

Wow, that brings back some goodtime memories for me. I was Clarence Horn's pit crew, but never had to service the race car, just helped him when he got into fights in the Pits, wich was a couple times every race. I remember Don Childress too. I remember being invited to Saugas speedway once, after the race they invited us to never come back. Bunch of PUSSY drivers!!
