You don't understand the big picture. Their entire lives mexicans have been looked down upon and discriminated against and the second they get a good role model there is someone telling them that the only reason people care about him is his skin color? Sanchez represents far more than that.
Plus obama is a democrat and democrats always get the majority of african am votes and just as many people voted against obama because he is black. Racism goes both ways buddy.
