two year olds should not be made to give book reports and three year olds should not be made to listen !
It's pretention on the part of the parents when at that age the children haven't even biologically developed enough to master enunciation !

Wait...this helps the child build up their speaking skills and ultimately speaking comprehension.

I'm not sure how you consider two and three year old children to be "made" but this certainty is doing them a lot more good.

Neck breaking is a scientifically sound and psychologically sound method of enforcing good behavioral habits in children. Also, it saves the taxpayers a lot of money.
