That's because it only exists in this game.

In canon, the Neue Ziel II was an Axis Newtype Mobile Armor designed for Char while he was still at Axis, but it never left the drawing board due to Char leaving Axis for the Earth Sphere at the end of the Char's Deleted Affair manga.

Ive never played this game, but Neue Ziel II is a monster in Gihrin's Greed The Blood of Zeon. Dead Titans, and AEUG Pilots everywhere !

You're mixing up the time of the side story in the time between MSG and Z gundam. Also the Nuei Ziel was made around the OYW era at earliest.

yeah it is, by the time you get that far your Athrun (if you have him) will probably be able to dodge funnels. Seed characters are not that bad. heck you can make Relena the best gundam pilot in the game if you really wanted to XD
