Venice Muscle Beach Jack Lalanne & Female Models Contest '07

http://HEALTHandFITNESS.com visits Venice Muscle Beach on Labor Day 2007. WOW! First of all there were so many beautiful, sexy and fit women all over it was tough to pay attention to the event. Then the contest began with men and women from all over the world competing in bodybuilding and other female fitness models were competing in the figure models contest. This was all preceded by a legend in health and fitness, Jack Lalanne being given the Muscle Beach Lifetime Achievement Award...and he gave an impressive speach that is provided here as well. It is obvious BioD and Jack are on the same page...YOU have the POWER! Special thanks to Joe Wheatley Productions and the Venice Papparazzi crew.

I met Jack in 1995 at San Francisco's Marriot Hotel. Strange how just this last week that I recalled Jack's workout partners'; Vince Gironda, Walt Baptiste and Steve Reeves.

I said to someone last Sunday that Jack is the only one left since he survived those partners. Namely, Jack LaLane, Vince Gironda, Walt Baptiste and Steve Reeves appeared in many articles, magazines, and well-illustrated [photographed] books.
