What you need to do is following;
Stay ready in air, take the quest, fly the the SECOND ring and then all the way around. When you have passed the 5th ring(which is supposed to be 6th) you go straight to NPC and it should automaticly update.

How do you get this quest? I'm level 25, and I haven't obtained it. It's not on my Quests, and when I talk to the NPC to start the quest, he doesn't give it to me.

I only use the greater raging wind scroll and i pass the first gate and i comlete the quest!!!

why is NPCs with you guys all over youtube on the rock @ mine server he is in the air way before even the 1st ring i used my 2 scrolls still failed it :\ please help

@ILoveBrazilForFun Isn't the server wipe only for Lumiel? Is is for Siel too? I don't quite get it :S I tried to search everywhere but couldn't find info on it.

Help me please...!!! I've tried everything and this stupic quest won't go away... Every time I pass a ring(exept the 1st one) tells me to pass the previous one(eg: I pass through 2nd ring "Fly though the 1st ring" continuing respectively)... I 've tried ur way to, but still no change..... Can u figure what might cause this....??? If so, can u direct me to a solution...??? TY in advance......

@titerror0010 This is the only solution to finish the quest and you need to do exactly as the video/video description says or else you won't succed :)

The wipe is coming soon and I dont find it really cool after I just reached lvl 50
