  • dood. this video should just be about quads. because there is no way your putting all your effort in your hamstring. im telling. my 5 day split is chest tris and calfs,quads and biceps,back and hamstrings,shoulder and calfs, my last day is a pullup day where i do 4 different pullup variations with 3 sets each and then abs and tri and bi.
