  • I want to start a blanket and I'm a beginner. When I make my chain is it in sets of 12?

  • @jrains1106 Yes it would be sets of 12. The chances are great that you will not end up with an exact number so be prepared to sew in extra chains at the end.

  • hai teresa

how many chains you made for this sample , because I always used to make samples and add to my album works .After that i make any projects . so please tell me

  • @rituvip I think I may have used 30

  • @tjw1963 i think it may be 32 or 33 cause i used 30 and i ended up 2 or 3 short :)

  • @OboeLady86 you skip one

  • thank you for the very well instructed tutorial... I have tried numerous patterns and tutorials and had to unravel my project as it never worked out as imagined or hoped for due to the lack of the complete process or perfect instructions. Thank you, not only am I excited to start my blanket I am confident it will turn out perfect and not become a project to have to unravel.

    Again THANK YOU :)

  • @camio5959 You should have 5 individual stitches on each slope. Open the video details below the video and you will see a link to my crochet blog. There are symbol instructions that represent the actual pattern. You can match your work to the symbol instructions.

  • @tjw1963 i am making a blanket and i have 21 zig zags i did the first row like you said to but then when i tried to do the second row i would try to do the double crochet before the decrease and i would have to do four instead of five is that right?

  • how many chains would you think I would need to make a ripple baby blanket?

  • Bless you! I've been crocheting for YEARS and this stitch has been the only one I've never been able to get.. and you have fixed that! YAY i am so excited! THANK YOU!

  • Need help! I picked up my project and started crocheting on the beginning row...couldn't understand why that row was weird and cut it off...only to realize that it was the beginning row..so now its kinda stretched out..any suggestions????

  • I keep ending with an increase, not a decrease. how can I add to my starting chain without undoing all of my work? Thanks and LOVE your videos!
