Yea I totally hated Riley, he was not even cute! A total lame!

probably my least favourite, i didnt like how the scoobies drifted apart. The highlight of the season for me was This Years Girl were faith wakes from her coma and Hush which was excellent!

Buffy season 4 was ROUGH, quite difficult to get through.

Was quite hard to get into this season, it was weird not being in High School, Adam was my worst favorite "Big Bad" but agree again with the first 6 or so eps of the initiative, not after then.
Some great stand-alone eps in this season as well.

Honestly don't care if anyone dislikes me for saying this, but I LOVED season 4
Sure there were a lot of bad episodes, but all together I feel it was one of the most developmental seasons
All of the characters start to develop in their own ways and I thought it was really interesting
My favorite thing about this season though was Willow and Tara :)
But yeah, great review!

Great review! I agree with most of what you said about season 4, particular in regards to Adam.
I actually didn't mind Riley, yeah he was no Angel but I didn't hate him.
And of course Season 4 has one of the best episodes of the entire series, which was Hush :)

I loved Season 4, it still has some of my favourite standalone episodes, inc: Hush, Something Blue, the Faith 2 parter, Fear Itself, Superstar, New Moon Rising and Restless. I agree though the overall arc is weak and I think Adam is introduced way too late. I friend of mine actaully said Adam was his favourite villain and that he didn't like Glory.

Wow. How can you not like Glory? I think you and I basically like all the same eps from the season. Even though I dislike Adam, I have to admit that the scene where he has the Machine Gun hand is kinda bad ass.
