Ingredients:
6 ounces extra lean ground turkey per cap
4 Portabella Caps remove the gills and wash well
1 Green Squash
1 Red Bell Pepper
Fat Free Mozzarella

Directions:
Sautee your ground turkey in a few sprays of Pam to help with sticking, add salt, pepper, onion powder, fresh crushed garlic (all to taste) chop red pepper, red pepper, iand sauté with the ground turkey. (Feel free to add any other veggies you feel will add to this dish as well) Stuff mixture into portabella caps with the gills removed, sprinkle with low fat mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

I also added 1 cup of rice and asparagus.

Macro Totals (including rice and veggies): 420 calories, 60 carbs, 36 protein, 4 fat (roughly)

  • @IPinoyBoy69 Weight gain in the end is going to depend on your overall caloric intake over a long period of time. Eating a bunch of carbs pre workout isn't going to make you fat (but it might make you full!).
