Pennsylvania State Representative Eugene DePasquale (D-York) discusses why it is so important to make the redistricting process less political. The current system in Pennsylvania gives complete control to the General Assembly, allowing elected officials' political agendas to determine how voting district lines are drawn. Eugene proposes the creation of a nonpartisan redistricting committee composed of no elected officials.
