Unfortunately, some examples that were used weren't perfectly correct. When we say "Мен мысықты ұнатамын", "Мен итті ұнатпаймын" and so on - it's like saying "I like the cat" and "I don't like the dog", a specific cat or dog. However, when we want to express general preference, native speaker would say "Мен мысық/мысықтарды ұнатамын" and "Мен ит/иттерді ұнатпаймын", meaning "I like cats" and "I don't like dogs".
hahaha sen soska :) soska is almost the same as in Turkish sisko wich means fat ass :)
