Thats what the guitarist of Duran Duran did when he first left DD, he took them to court cuz they used a song(s) with him. Think it was John Taylor that took DD to court. She sounds awsome

If LOA is getting paid for movies using Young boys & The Crablouse then she should be paid as well. Notice though how in Virtuosity you don't hear any vocals? As well as Suckerpunch not using any vocals from crablouse in the preview for the movie. That's probably how they get away with not paying her, b/c no vocals are used.

I would lawyer up if I were her and take that record company to court, she probably trusted the bigwig execs and signed some bad contract. Sux:( she deserves compensation.
