Yes, this is wonderful.
It seems that it is taken from an old recording made in the 1980's. I don't think it is commercially available now, alas!

Thanks very much indeed for posting this. I wish there more recording of young Kowalski in his best voice. He sounds and looks wonderful here. And his artistry is stunning! I will never forget his Orfeo and Farnace which DVDs are very dear to me. Thanks again.
