  • Milton Friedman went to India I believe it was.. They were showing him the wonderful government jobs programs.. They took him to a construction site.. It was filled with men digging with shovels.. Milton asked where were the heavy machinery rigs.. That it was hot and senseless to put them through that.. They said it was to prolong the jobs for it would take longer.. Milton said, then why not give them spoons.. Leftists? You are all MORONS

  • @truevoice08 Well said.. I actually have a degree in economics.. I was a Keynesian early on as an academic.. But even Keynes at the end of his life was steering away from his own theoretical theories. He just didn't live long enough to correct his followers.. I am now an Austrian. No not a die hard Ron Paul supporter, a realist is more like it.. To think that Scandinavian economics would even last a year here is unbelievably naive. Obama is NOT an economist. And he is out to lunch

  • you got it the wrong way round

  • the goal of communism is to create a classless and stateless society- and because all conflicts stem from class struggle the end of conflict as well- the only time this has worked is in the paris commune and in the smurfs maybe one day in the very distant future there will be a communist society that works. but not today and not in our lifetimes

  • From what I have seen and read, I believe Communist beliefs are a symptom of low IQ people pushed into higher education. They do not have the critical thinking skills or basic understanding of psychology, sociology, human nature, or economics, so they end up devoted to the communist cause.

I only hope that people aren't turned off of higher education just because a tiny percentage of low IQ people manage to support communism in a very vocal way.

  • @RESTxINxPIECEZ

Communism does work if you are the one in charge. Also, if you are part of the dynasty that stays in control through the centuries, it is a pretty good deal.

In Communism, the goal is to keep the serfs happy in the bread lines and be sure to behead anyone caught poaching the king's deer.

  • communism doesnt work. if it worked, the US and other major governents would see that and adopt it. this isnt the case. of course there are always losers behind computers who think they are smarter than the government and see something they dont.

  • You would benefit from actually looking up what socialism is before doing an uneducated, dumbass video like this.

  • Hazlit was right....

  • @whoo689 btw, the second 1) should be a 2).

  • @whoo689 Do you realize we have 1 administrator (not even a teacher)per 11.4 students!!!! Avg pay is over $63,000 with some making over $200,000. Admin/student in South Korea 1 per 86 students. In Germany 1 per 64. If we dropped to Germany's level we could cut education speding 15% (good savings), while increasing quality (better labs, computers, books) and pay teahcers 2-2.5 times what they make now. Then we could demand high quality teachers out of college.

  • @whoo689 1) Gov't is nearly ALWAYS a destroyer of jobs. In the US it is the problem. 1) It is supposed to give a good education to supply solid building blocks to power our free-market economy. But because the education dept of every college is where the dumbest students go,we get lousy teachers. So those lousy teachers unionize, pay the union dues, the union buys democrat politicians to prevent education reforms like vouchers, merit pay, etc and we get crappy schools...
