Okay, I'll admit she's a decent practitioner of wushu, but I wouldn't go as far as to call this taolu "beautiful". She doesn't have any energy in her movements and seems to only be going through the motions.

(I may be wrong though. The floor seems to be made of concrete or something. Wushu is best performed on a carpet or something of the like)

The "form" is one of the standardised forms for wushu from the eighties/early ninetees = most people who practiced the staff back then learned it and the one who did the mo-cap for kilik just used that form. It's the same for Xianghua's straightsword and I believe the chinese broadsword with Hwang.
