  • Robert (Bob) McNea played the Channel 4 Bozo and, Oopsy the Clown. The Channel 9 Bozo was Art Cervi. You are correct!

  • Wow, this video takes me back, too. I watched Oopsy on Channel 4 when I was a kid. This is an era long one of locally produced TV shows; it really was a simpler past.

  • I loved Oopsy, I used to watch him on channel 4 in Detroit too.

  • When I was a kid we got to the Moon and it was naturally assumed that by, Oh, the year 2000 we would have gotten to Mars. Didn't happen. C'mon Americans! We throw ridiculous amounts of cash (or should I say debt) towards much less meaningful things. Let's just effin' do it.

  • @DonnyEMU dead wrong! OOPSIE, niga!

  • Thanks for this one man! Brings back some memories. Remember Mr. Pouch and Henrietta Peck on Oopsy's show. And Squiggly Wiggly Worm?

  • One of the most miserable unfunny clowns ever.

  • fake and gay

  • I use to watch oopsy every sunday morning. If you were a kid in the 60s and 70s it was a wonderful time to be a kid.

  • I remember watching this on Sunday mornings around 8:30 or 9:00 back in the late '70's. Then watched Hot Fudge on Channel 7 wxyz. Abbott & Castello after that. Kids then had nothing to do but watch tv I guess?!

  • This wasn't OOPSY the Clown, I watched this sunday mornings.. It was TOPSY the Clown..

  • Back then, I used to watch Bozo on Channel 4 but for some reason they weren't allowed to do Bozo anymore so he had to come up with the Oopsy clown. The other Bozo was on the old CKLW from Windsor and he had Mr. Caly-opie who played the piano for all the kids on the show. Why don't they put these shows back on at least once a month for all of us kids from the 1960's?
