  • I love berkley skate park

  • @keystarG60 Ron still is a pro. I met him today.

  • I met this guy in the late 80's and he was way cool. He was 30 yrs old back then which would put him at about 50 now; and still ripping.

  • @keystarG60 He's 47

  • i see ron allen at berkely skatepark in the moring on days when people at work and school and my friend is friends with him

  • Just have to add Ron Allen was the Ryan Sheckler of his day. Meaning, there was RARELY an issue of Transworld that he was NOT in. Keep that in mind when you bump into him at that skatepark. He's as much of an innovative skater as Tony Hawk and Hosoi was. The reason you little whipper snappers skate street is because Ron Allen took things to another level. Don't forget your roots or better yet, LEARN what your roots are and thank the guy for being one of the sickest street skaters from his day.

  • You don't even know how amazing Ron Allen was back in the day. If I'm not mistaken, he's the first skater to ever be featured in Transworld Magazine pulling a 50/50 down a round handrail. This is pre-everyone 50/50ing every handrail ever made. I'm surprised that he's not that bad I'm super surprised to see that his antics are but a shadow compared to the amazing skater who basically MADE Hell Concave. Back then, just before I was sponsored by Alva, I had an H-Street Ron Allen board.

  • dude can someone explain how people ollie that good

  • ron allen is at least 40 years old so if that is recent footage then that's an ollie to be proud of. he was a pro during the late 80's/early 90's

  • thats my local skatepark
