This is in the late 80's because those ribbons that that little girl has on were hard to find in the 90's. Believe me I am STILL looking for those LOL. I think you have to go to a crafts store now. And don't forget: professional cameramen with professional cameras were filming this. :)

@MarshalGrover Well I remember this video from when I was really little in the very early 90's. I was born in 87... Probably the earliest I can remember it I was around 4. So It's been around since at least 91 or so.

Nope. MarshalGrover, Raposo did this one but I think what I read said that he died before it aired.
