  • Health as prescribed by the good doctor involves having the resources to purchase the correct foods and spices. Were the doctors methods mainstream the foods and spices would be more available to others. Vitamin Shoppe is an expensive habit.

  • Some people believe the sacrifice of Jesus Christ made it possible for them to eat anything. I was speechless when a Christian said she lives by that. I have found that the difficulty in living as a Christian is the little information shared or spoken to help in guiding a person's daily actions and behavior in regard to healthy living. Church dinners and pot lucks are prime examples about how not to eat.
