"They pull another Menudo" refers to the Puerto Rican boy band, Menudo, who were huge in the 80s. Once the members of the group got too old (ie, not teenagers anymore), they would replace them. I've always thought that what Frank Black was saying was that if a member of the Ramones retires, they'll pull another Menudo (just replace them).

I knew it. I fucking knew it. I was given this soundtrack because I love the movie and the soundtrack blindly. Somehow I knew this was the Pixie lead singer and TCAD was Metric, even though I hadn't heard them until my wife was playing them.
