  • no...it's without words

  • no... when the scene was written, there were lots of words. but patrick dempsey thought it would be better without words so they took them out. i wonder what the words were.

  • I miss old Grey's Anatomy, it was so perfect. It's not the same anymore.

  • Wow look at ellen's profile. Perfection.

  • I love that scene....watch it over and over again......Derek is so hot when he is angry and jealous.....I wish he would always be that way.....and then explode like in the exam room, season finale.....it was so hard to bear this tension between them. The love scene was salvation.

  • Derek is totally checking mer out! Also i totally argee that jealous derek is SO HOT!!!!

  • OMG I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU!!

Mer should piss him off more often, you know, get him all pumped up since we barely get any action in season 5 :(

  • True, they said it in the writers blog. It turned out great without dialogue, but I'm really wondering what they would say to each other in this scene.

  • ohh really? i love this scene, i think it wouldn't be better if there was dialogue.. the raw emotion is amazing!

  • I read somewhere that the way this scene turned out was Patrick Dempsey's idea; that there was originally dialogue, but that he felt at this point they would not be able to find the words to say to each other.
