this is a scene of 17 seconds in that Derek and Meredith are in the elevator and they would speack but their pride can not possible this action...i love this scene....it's one of my favourite

I love that scene....watch it over and over again......Derek is so hot when he is angry and jealous.....I wish he would always be that way.....and then explode like in the exam room, season finale.....it was so hard to bear this tension between them. The love scene was salvation.

I read somewhere that the way this scene turned out was Patrick Dempsey's idea; that there was originally dialogue, but that he felt at this point they would not be able to find the words to say to each other.
