It doesn't really target gays. It just spreads more effectively through common gay sexual behavior than common straight sexual behavior. Just like heart disease "targets" people who eat too much, or lung disease "targets" smokers.

The irony is that San Fran was the epicenter of the hedonistic gay sex orgy drug party lifestyle that spawned the rise of HIV/AIDS in the 1980s. I just saw a gay guy from San Fran interviewed on TV talking about how he has been HIV positive since 15 years old. And how he continues to have methamphetamine fueled unprotected sex with multiple partners. Yet people would say that prostitution spreads AIDS without 1 documented case of HIV transmission through hetero prostitution in the USA. SMH.

ilkkavu, Oh yes, I agree definitely: Bill O'Reilly definitely has had sex with plenty of prostitutes, and is *DEFINITELY* paying a good fraction of his current income in prostitutes. In fact, he has been sued in the past for sexual harassment (whereby the plaintiff complained that Bill O'Reiley jacked off on the phone to one of his female co-workers) - which just tells you that he would be a *HUGE BENEFICIARY* of the legalization of prostitution ROFLMAO!!!!!!
