my weight loss journey on WW so far....

video showing me from my heaviest until today...dec 2007 about 190lbs, by summer 2008 I lost a little over 20lbs (168-169lbs) and I spent the rest of the time keeping it off. Starting WW again Jan 28th 2010 starting wt:174.8 and 4/16/2010 11 weeks later 156.8= loss of 18lbs so far.
Ht:5'7
Heaviest:193lbs
Jan 28th 2010 start official WW: 174.8lbs
Gw: 140-145
Total loss on WW to date 18lbs.
Total loss from Dec 2007-April 2010: about 37lbs.
