Seemed you had it all down. Really only one thing I thought of. When you said you don't really have Japanese friends to practice with, it sounded like you said "nai". If you didn't, my apoligies! You probably know that when it comes to animals and people, it is "inai". ( ^_^ )

You inspire me as well to vlog in Japanese. I'm a bit shy about it still...

I think you can practice Japanese with your broadcasting in nico nico douga nico生.
