I'm Carmel Aaron, the Wellness Coach.
Baby the African Grey is my assistant. She cheers me on, encourages me, gives me words of encouragement as I work out, when I am working one on one with people, and during my classes. Also, in between my phone conversations, she says my phone conversations. My laugh, giggle and all. She has a friend-Buttercup-a very pretty parakeet, and 2 pets, Spot and Goldie-which are goldfish.
