sam: zoey sad?
joe: *nods yes* zoey verry sad *his voice breaks*
sam: why?
joe: because something really sad happened
sam: *looks at joe*
joe: but zoey will tell you when your older *forces a smile*
sam: *smiles and kisses his check*
joe: *holds her in his arms* y-your the only thing i have from demi....and i promise that i'll be like a daddy you never had *crying*
sam: *scared*
nick: *see's that she's scared so he takes her slowly from joe's arms and puts her down*
sam: *runs upstares*
joe: a-and my baby.....it's dead....our first baby....
selena: *rubs his back* joe it's okay....shhh *sniff* you'll find another woman that can give you a baby....

nancy: Hello are you mr. Jonas?

nancy: I am working for the Social children protection ,we got a call that you are living with a 3 year old girl that doesn't belong to you?
joe: *puts sam down* go upstares sweety ...*sam leaves* what? no she belongs to me...she's mine
nancy: are you her father?
joe: yea....i mean...in a way
nancy: are you her father mr. Jonas from your blood?
joe: no....i'm jus-
nancy: may i speak to *looks at her pappers* mrs. Demi Linley?
joe: umm....no you can't...i'm sorry she *takes a deep breath* passed away
nancy: i'm sorry to hear that ....so you are taking care of *looks at the pappers again* Samantha Liney
joe: yea....
nancy: after the law Mr. Jonas , Samantha Liney should be staying with her Father... Cody Liney
joe: no...she's staying with me
nancy: i'm sorry mr. Jonas but if you don't have any proof that mrs. liney or mr. Liney gave you there child i'm afraid i have to take her with me
joe: *widen eyes* WHAT?!? you can't she belongs to me ...she's all i have left
nancy: i'm sorry mr.jonas but if none of her original parents contact us in the next 24 hours we will have to put her up for adoption, now if you don't mind i have to take Samantha with me
