Key: E Minor

Here's a little something I did with my band's guitarist. "Autumn Leaves" offers a popular way for beginning jazz musicians to become acquainted with jazz harmony as it consists almost solely of II-V-I and II-V sequences which are typical of jazz. Hope you can get something out of it.

JAM ON!!

  • This is awesome. I have learned a lot and improved my ear improvising . thank you!

  • It's G major and E minor is the parallel scale. Please look into the circel of fifths before posting annoying comments.

If you want to play jazz things like that are helpful and important to know.

  • Thanks for the practice track!!! People like you make finding ways to study go smooth.

  • @TheNoisedreamer Lol thats what I wrote dude ... I wrote "This is E minor not G minor" lol

  • @xDiArtsx No it's E minor...

  • This is the worst I've heard. Things like this make people not like jazz. Please listen to Bill Evans or Miles play it and then come back to it. Thanks!

  • @GLeone221 Because you can't play on ?

  • DUDE THIS SUCKS. no offense

  • Yes, it's Em.
