Once the Fool attempted to barge his way back in, that constituted Assault and the bouncer was right to push him back open-handedly. Mr 'you can't afford a lawsuit' clearly was to drunk to realise that his friend was the author of his own misfortune. They're both wrong in their respective ways: The dumbass drunk who opts to talk shit and continues to come back for more and the bouncer for losing his cool instead of dealing with the kid in a professional manner.
