How can a parent NOT know where a 2 year old is at ALL times?!?!?! A 2 yr old that "wanders" off???......Sad, that "family" should be investigated for neglect.

I cannot believe the parents if your two year old child is playing outside theb guess what you need to have your lazy ass outside too, especially if you have train tracks nearby that you know is not fenced off. What kind of people let their kids play outside without them. What the hell is going on now days with people hurting their kids or just plain not taking care of them?

@mabas21 Who in the hell do you think should have to pay for the fence. The parents of the child? Or should it be the train company? Or the trailor park? Or the city? Or the state? Or the federal government? Or just you?

@MissGarnierNutrisse Dear, I could keep this going forever. Yes, I have 2 kids. Adults now. My youngest was born with severe birth defects. he arrested. that`s cardiac arrest, no heartbeat and not breathing at 6 months. Children are our gift and responsibility. Any family that doesn`t see to taking care of, by keeping an EYE ON, their children and/or put those chldren in harm`s way will be reported by me. It`s not only a requirement of my job, it`s also the right thing to do. PROTECT KIDS.

I honestly don't know, they lived in the trailer right there off of the tracks, so maybe inside. We will never know that answer.

It was Gods plan for him, you don't know what could happen tomorow, only god knows so there is no point in blaming others because wheather you like it or not you can't change the past you only have to let it past and look on for today!
