  • This song changed my life on so many levels, and gave me the power, confidence and passion to start making changes in my life.

I had, up to this point, been doing things purely out of desperation, not out of conscious choice. Steer changed that, and helped me realise that it is MY life to live, in the way I want to live it.

  • She's an unbelievable talent!!

  • Grander Danger came well after this song, if anything, Starkid ripped of Missy. (Which I highly doubt and I adore both) Just similarities.

  • fuck granger danger who cares just enjoy rhe fucken music speds 'oh its not original its fake andgay its a granger danger rip off "

    SHUT THE FUCK UP.

  • my uncle's old band used almost this exact riff played but performed on electric guitar, played cleanly in their song lullaby around 10 years ago. still have their CD :D

  • chick has a lovely voice and song isn't bad but guitar riff fully stolen from a song done by my uncle's old band ('lullaby' by jubal) either that or remarkable coincidence. guitar riff is probably around 10 years old

  • This is by no means a rip off of Granger Danger. Both songs just use a series common chords played up the fretboard in an open position. The open positioning of the chords is less common so the sound stands out and is easily identifiable. If she would play the same chords in closed position, like most people do, they would sound so common that it wouldn't sound unique. Having said that, those same open chords with similar rhythms have been used in countless songs since.... the 50s.

  • I wish Missy's clothes would fall off.

  • she looks like mariska hargitay
